Our mission is to create a community of connected, like-minded and motivated teamwork facilitators who believe in collaboration, shared resources and the development of each and every member of the IATF. 

The IATF groupsite is the hub of all communication, interaction and engagement between all members and IATF Leadership. Every member has a key to the IATF Kingdom. Use the IATF site to ask questions, share success stories, explore new strategies, tactics and tools, engage new colleagues and connections. Our success is rooted in helping each of you become more dynamic teamwork facilitators. Treat the IATF as your Group, Team or Organizations gym membership...what you put into it, is what you will get out of it. 

The best part about the IATF is our diverse group teamwork facilitators. We have coaches, speakers, corporate leaders, managers, executives, retired executives, authors, novices, experts, seasoned professionals and those taking the first step towards taking their groups, teams and organizations to new heights.  This offers an opportunity for each of you to contribute to the success of other members while also personally benefitting from the collective knowledge, resources and experience of all members.

1.) Complete your profile: Let us know who you are and how we can help you!
2.) Contribute to the discussion: Your experience is valued, share your thoughts, ideas and stories to help fellow IATF members.
3.) Ask Questions: The discussion forums are great for answering your questions and crowdsourcing for new ideas. Put the IATF community to work!
4.) Call into the scheduled IATF Calls: IATF calls are a great way to network and learn new strategies for developing your organization.
